I’m André Nause, founder and managing owner of my boutique luxury real estate company andré | nause – Excellence in Real Estate.

As a luxury property curator, I coordinate transactions for demanding private buyers and sellers of elite properties from start to finish. My mission is to reduce the complexity of real estate transactions so my clients can spend their precious time on what matters most to them.

I handle all your real estate matters with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, which is ideally guaranteed by my clear & small company structure. In addition, I always treat the interests of each of my clients highly individually and with genuine care.

Buying and selling luxury real estate does not only mean moving from A to B. It also encompasses a new life in a new location. I help my clients connect with and feel at home in their new locales by providing recommendations for the best restaurants, business clubs, places to visit, and things to do. As a result, my relationship with my clients is often both professional and personal.

About me: Before specialising as a luxury real estate agent, I worked in the premium automotive industry for seven years. As part of the Marketing and Communication Team of AUDI AG, I had the privilege of working with world-class specialists in elite car design, production, sales and marketing. I learned to pay meticulous attention to detail, to appreciate elegance and innovation, and to provide impeccable customer service and business ethics.

Apart from working with and for fascinating people and running my own business in luxury real estate, I’m keen on new technologies and gadgets such as e-mobility, wearables like my Oura Ring fitness tracker, and smart home and sound systems.
I love to travel and explore beautiful places around the world, ideally where I can also enjoy scuba diving, one of my favourite sports.
I lead a healthy lifestyle with a mainly plant-based diet and healthy awareness of body and mind. But no one is perfect: I can’t resist chocolate and am slightly addicted to good coffee. An occasional visit to a day spa with sauna is a wonderful break from everyday life and a mini-vacation.
My overall vision is to become a philanthropist and simply do good in this world, and to that end, I donate to good causes with every deal I close.
