Cannobio has one of the finest promenades on Lake Maggiore. Some of the buildings on the lakefront and further back in the old part of town date over 600 years. The promenade is divided into three sections. The middle section is where you’ll find many bars and restaurants where you can relax and take in the spectacular view of the lake. You can also enjoy a stroll through the narrow and cobbled streets to pick up a few treasures in the many shops or just do some window shopping.
Luino – From Palaces to Paleontology

Luino is located at the end of Valtravaglia and is the most important city on the Lombard shore of Lake Maggiore. You’ll be delighted by its ascending streets, Renaissance and Baroque palaces, as well as many craft shops and stores. Take a stroll down the glorious lakeside promenade and enjoy the balance of style in the architecture of the buildings surrounding the old Napoleonic harbour.
